Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan

The Illinois Power Agency issued its latest DRAFT Long Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan outlining its proposed rules for the implementation of the Future Energy Jobs Act (FEJA) Legislation that passed in December of 2016. The Illinois Commerce Commission is now tasked with reviewing the proposed rules, making changes they see necessary, and issuing the final document by April 3, 2018.
